Professional Notice

Offering excellence and integrity, Von Wobeser y Sierra was founded in 1986, with the purpose of providing integral legal services to national and foreign clients. Throughout the years we have established close professional and friendly relations with law firms in the main cities of Asia, Canada, Latin America, the European Community and the United States with whom we maintain an excellent rapport. The firm further boasts similar relationships with other law firms in the main cities of Mexico.

The firm is currently composed of over 45 lawyers, including some North Americans and European Community nationals, dedicated to the full-time practice of the legal profession. The attorneys of this firm are graduates of some of the most recognised universities in Mexico, and have undertaken specific legal studies at other famous universities in the United States of America, Canada and some European Community countries dedicated to the full practice of the legal profession, and are members of leading professional organisations, including the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Mexican Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Fiscal Association and International Trademark Association. Von Wobeser y Sierra SC is the Mexican member law firm to ALFA International (formerly known as the American Law Firm Association).

Defending human rights and justice is part of being a lawyer, but not all firms emphasise this. We know being socially conscious is important for human betterment, and therefore the firm pays special attention to the promotion of pro bono work. This area is fully covered, where we work with different charity, social, cultural, environmental and sporting associations, investing more than 1,000 hours every year.

Languages spoken in the firm include Spanish, English, German, French and Portuguese.
