Main international areas of practice

Antitrust & competition law: The firm provides legal advice on business integration restrictions, on obtaining the necessary authorisations from government agencies, on cases related to unlawful practices, on enforcement of safeguard measures, on matters related to antitrust legislation, and on litigation involving the right to competition.

Banking & finance: The firm provides legal advice on credit transactions (including loans, project financing, asset financing, leasing, etc), banking regulations, and mergers and acquisitions involving financial entities.

Capital markets: The firm provides advice on compliance with stock market regulations, on securities issuance in national and international markets, on structuring and implementing public tender offers and on the acquisition and sale of listed companies.

Corporate: The firm provides legal advice in all aspects of corporate law, including business integrations, tax matters, issuance of shares and security interests, restructurings, mergers, spinoffs and business reorganisation proceedings.

Labour law: The firm provides advice on labour due diligence, employee remuneration, labour and social security statutes and regulations, migratory labour law and international labour organisation rules.

Litigation: The firm provides advice to clients who have exhausted all other means of conflict resolution. Its services include advice on alternative conflict resolution, and representation before arbitration courts and in the litigation of private and public law disputes.

M&A: The firm provides advice on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including corporate, antitrust issues, tax issues and all due diligence matters.
