Capín, Calderón, Ramírez y Gutiérrez-Azpe SC (CCRGA) was established in 1997. Since then, its client base has grown and is currently made up of both small and midsize Mexican and foreign companies, as well as multinationals doing business in Mexico.

The following are CCRGA’s main areas:

Administrative law: CCRGA represents it clients in dealings with government agencies. It represents clients participating in public tenders, agreement negotiations and the obtainment of licences and permits.

Antitrust and competition law: We have represented several clients in investigations carried out regarding absolute and relative monopolistic practices. We also prepare filings on multinational and national mergers with effects in Mexico and render advice on commercial practices.

Commercial law: The members of the firm render advice on a wide array of topics related to the commercial activities of their clients. This advice includes insurance, licensing, distribution and franchising.

Corporate law: The firm specialises in company dealings regarding the corporate obligations of its clients, in drafting and negotiating agreements, purchases of companies or capital stock, mergers, spin-offs, compliance with foreign investment requirements, etc.
