Corporate: CCA has developed substantial expertise in the representation of the interests of leading foreign entities doing business in Mexico and leading Mexican entities doing business abroad. CCA has acted as lead Mexican counsel on several international business transactions of leading US entities and its Mexican subsidiaries. CCA has represented more than 250 Mexican subsidiaries of foreign companies on their legal needs in Mexico.
Corporate M&A: CCA has participated in several M&A transactions, including private and public investments, joint ventures in an array of industries, as well as those of ongoing businesses, private acquisitions or sales of Mexican subsidiaries of international companies
Banking & finance: CCA has advised a variety of local and foreign banks and lenders in all sort of banking and finance matters. CCA has represented various US and foreign banks and institutional lenders documenting commercial finance transactions and preparing and negotiating security agreements, using Mexican based assets.
