Demarest and Gouvêa Vieira lead tugboat JV

Brazil's Demarest e Almeida Advogados and Gouvêa Vieira Advogados have agreed a US$1 billion joint venture between local port logistics group Wilson, Sons and Chilean towage company Ultratug.
