Brigard & Cleary lead TGI share sale

Brigard & Urrutia Abogados and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP have helped gas transportation company Transportadora de Gas Internacional (TGI) sell US$400 million in shares to Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) – in a deal that took over a year to negotiate.
