Thomson Reuters adds to LatAm legal publishing business

Information company Thomson Reuters has bought a Chile and Argentina-based legal publishing business from a US private equity fund, taking counsel from Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in Argentina, Chile's Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana Abogados and Dickstein Shapiro LLP in the US.
