Weil Gotshal and Thompson & Knight in Mexican telecom deal

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has advised Mexican industrial group Alfa in assuming complete control of Alestra through the acquisition of AT&T's 49 per cent stake in the telecoms company.
