Indian agrochemical manufacturer expands footprint in Brazil

TozziniFreire Advogados has helped India's largest agrochemical producer, United Phosphorus Limited (UPL), acquire a majority stake in the Brazilian operations of Germany's DVA Group.

The deal follows a similar strategic acquisition three months earlier by the Indian company.
