Arias Fábrega secures financing for wastewater treatment plant

Panamanian firm Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has assisted Scotiabank and French water treatment company Degrémont in a US$66 million financing deal to fund the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Panama.
