No green bottles hanging on the wall - ICSID registers new claim against Venezuela

A Dutch subsidiary of the US bottle maker Owens Illinois has filed an ICSID claim against Venezuela over the nationalisation of its operations a year ago, while tribunals have been constituted for two other claims against the state.
