Schmidt Valois and LO Baptista to merge

São Paulo’s LO Baptista Advogados Associados SC and Rio de Janeiro’s Schmidt, Valois, Miranda, Ferreira & Agel Advogados are to merge, creating a law firm of about 100 lawyers, including 14 equity partners.
