AIMCo acquires 50 per cent stake in Chile’s Saesa

Canadian firm Stikeman Elliott LLP, US firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Chile’s Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner and the Cayman Islands’ Campbells have helped Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) acquire Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners’ stake in Chilean electricity transmission and distribution company Inversiones Grupo Saesa Limitada (Grupo Saesa).
