Carey sees ‘partial’ victory in tobacco antitrust case

Carey y Cía has helped Philip Morris obtain a partially favourable ruling from Chile’s Competition Tribunal against the country’s main tobacco company, Compañía Chilena de Tabacos (CCT), that will improve rivals’ advertising opportunities in places where smokers are most likely to buy cigarettes.
