Lefosse and Bocater Camargo in food asset swap

Monday, 12th December 2011 by Rosie Scammell

Lefosse Advogados has advised food company Marfrig Frigoríficos on an asset swap with BRF – Brasil Foods, which was told by Brazil’s antitrust tribunal, CADE, to divest assets as a condition of its creation through the merger of Perdigão and Sadia.

The asset swap will ensure other Brazilian companies have fair access to the food market
