Andrade takes IBRAC leadership

Competition specialist Tito Amaral de Andrade, at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo, has been elected president of Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Concorrência (IBRAC), a Brazilian competition association.
