Banco BTG Pactual, with the help of Vella, Pugliese, Buosi, Guidoni, and Banco PanAmericano, assisted by Barbosa Müssnich & Aragão, are buying Brazilian Finance & Real Estate (BFRE) from Ourinvest Real Estate Holding, TPG-Axon BFRE Holding and Coyote Trail.
