Madrona and Souza in Brasil Telecom debentures issuance

Madrona Hong Mazzuco Brandão – Sociedade de Advogados has helped close a 2.35 billion reais (US$1.316 billion) debenture by Brasil Telecom, which is Brazil’s third largest fixed-line operator.
