HRT O&G and Petra Energia agreement puts end to arbitration

Barbosa Müssnich & Aragão, Sergio Bermudes Advogados and Ferro, Castro Neves, Daltro & Gomide Advogados have helped HRT O&G reach an agreement with Petra Energia that enables Russian oil company TNK-BP to assume ownership of a stake in exploration rights Brazil’s Solimões Basin, drawing an end to an arbitration procedure over the financial sum Petra Energia should receive.
