Mattos Filho in JSL and Simpar merger

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados has helped Brazilian logistics company JSL acquire Simpar Concessionárias, a Brazilian car and truck dealer, in a deal that required a corporate governance committee because the companies have the same controlling shareholder.
