Piñera will 'energise' Chile, say lawyers

The victory of centre-right presidential candidate Sebastian Piñera in Sunday's election run-off could bring a loosening of environmental and labour regulations, but is unlikely to bring any sweeping reforms, according to the country's lawyers.
