Mitsubishi becomes major player in Chilean iron mining

Despite a series of obstacles, some expected and others unforeseen, four firms - Carey y Cía, Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and Mayer Brown LLP - have completed a deal expected to triple Chile's iron ore production, lawyers say.
