Thompson & Knight closes energy JV for Mexican client

As Thompson & Knight LLP assists Mexican energy company Newpek in forming a US$1.3 billion joint venture in South Texas with India’s Reliance Industries, the firm’s lawyers say the deal illustrates a trend for increasing cross-border work from Mexico.
