Simpson Thacher client makes Brazilian buy

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Brazil’s Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados have acted for glass container manufacturer Owens-Illinois as it acquired Brazilian glassmaker Companhia Industrial de Vidros.
