Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados has advised private equity fund Actis Emerging Markets 3 in the acquisition of a US$58 million minority stake in Brazilian supermarket retailer Companhia Sulamericana de Distribuição (CSD).
