Trench Rossi and Machado Meyer lead BTP deal

Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados and Holman Fenwick Willan LLP have helped Dutch company APM Terminals Management buy a 50 per cent stake in Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), a subsidiary of Belgian terminal operators, Europe Terminal.
