BP turns to Sullivan and Mitrani for Argentine sale

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Argentina's Mitrani, Caballero, Rosso Alba, Francia, Ojam & Ruiz Moreno are assisting BP in raising US$7.1 billion from the sale of Pan American Energy, as part of the oil company's efforts to meet the costs of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico earlier this year.
