Shell and Vale enter partnership

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Vale's in-house counsel are helping the Brazilian company enter into a partnership with Shell to explore five onshore oil concessions in the São Francisco basin in the state of Minas Gerais.
