Upland to look for non-conventional hydrocarbons

Hydrocarbons exploration company Upland Oil & Gas has signed a regional studies agreement with Peru's state-owned oil company, Perupetro, to determine the presence of non-conventional hydrocarbon resources that can be commercially exploited in the country. The study could lead to the first ever licence contract being awarded for the exploration of such hydrocarbons in Peru.
