Brigard, Gómez-Pinzón and Prieto in Itochu Drummond deal

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Brigard & Urrutia Abogados have advised Japanese trading company Itochu in buying a 20 per cent stake in a Colombia coal mining operation from Drummond for US$1.52 billion.
