Embraer turns to Mattos Filho for JV

Aircraft manufacturer Embraer has taken counsel from Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados in a two part deal between Embraer Defesa and AEL Sistemas, the Brazilian subsidiary of Israeli defence systems producer Elbit systems.
