XBB splits, Bernardes merges with Motta Fernandes

Xavier, Bernardes, Bragança, Sociedade de Advogados has split into two, with the Rio de Janeiro office becoming an independent firm, and the São Paulo office, headed by Horacio Bernardes, joining Motta, Fernandes Rocha - Advogados.
