Ferrere and Guyer help IFC and IIC win poultry bankruptcy case

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) have won a case at a Uruguayan appeals court brought by two bondholders claiming they were ‘misled’ into investing in bankrupt poultry processor Granja Moro.
