Benites Forno helps Avon win consumer protection case

Benites, Forno, Ugaz & Ludowieg, Andrade has helped cosmetics company Avon win a consumer protection case before Peru’s National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), whose ruling provides clarification on identity theft and the definition of consumer for companies in the direct sales business.
