Codelco gears up to challenge Anglo’s sale to Mitsubishi

Anglo American has hired Shearman & Sterling LLP in the US and Chile’s Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz for the sale of a stake in its Chilean copper mine to Japan’s Mitsubishi, a deal which Chile’s state-owned mining company, Codelco, is challenging.
