Experian closes acquisition of Computec

Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados SA and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP in the US have helped close the “lengthy and complex” acquisition of Computec by consumer credit rating company Experian; involving the de-listing of the Colombian credit service information provider from the country’s stock exchange.
