Submitting news
We welcome news from law firms, be it about deals or cases they have worked on or internal news at partner level – for example a partner promotion or a new lateral hire. Feel free to notify us of any other developments you think maybe of interest to our readers.
When submitting news please provide the following information: date of the transaction, value if applicable, brief description, as complete a counsel list as you can provide for all parties involved. (Please note: we will contact the other firms to confirm their details and check they are happy for us to publish their participation.) You may like to use this form to tell us about the matter - you do not have to, but many firms find it useful.
As a news service, time sensitivity is important to us. As a general rule we require firms to notify us of their news within two weeks of it happening. However, we are aware confidentiality concerns can arise. If this is the case in a particular transaction please let us know.
