Codelco begins legal action over Anglo mine

Chilean state-owned miner Codelco has filed a court request demanding to be shown documents relating to Mitsubishi’s recent purchase of a contested stake in Anglo American’s southern Chile mine, which Codelco plans to exercise a longstanding option over in January.
