Souza, Milbank and Mattos Filho line up for Delta buy

Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados has been hired by US airline Delta to continue its expansion in Latin America by acquiring a minority share in Brazil’s discount carrier Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (GOL), a few months after signing a similar agreement with Aeroméxico.
