Chile’s Carey y Cía, Canada’s Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, the Warsaw office of French firm Gide Loyrette Nouel and US firm Holland & Hart LLP have helped Polish copper miner and producer KGHM acquire a Canadian base metal producer with operations in Chile
