Coronel & Pérez and Carmigniani Pérez assist in insurance deal

Ecuador’s Coronel & Pérez has represented New York-listed insurance and reinsurance company ACE Group in its acquisition of Banco de Guayaquil’s general insurance affiliate, Río Guayas Compañía de Seguros, in a transaction directly related to the country’s new competition law.
