Rebaza Alcázar in landmark carbon credits sale

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados Financieros has advised Bosques Amazónicos (BAM) in the sale of carbon credits to Peruvian insurance company Pacífico Peruano Suiza Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, representing the first such sale ever made by a private company in Peru.
