Supreme Court upholds first Chile bid-rigging fine

Chile’s Supreme Court has upheld the National Competition Tribunal’s fine of Radio Bio-Bio, rejecting appeals from both the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE) and the radio station itself.
