Linklaters and Lefosse take E.ON to Brazil

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP have advised Brazilian company MPX in the formation of a joint venture with energy company E.ON, which is headquartered in Germany, to make investments in Brazil and Chile.
