Brookfield acquires stake in Chilean infrastructure projects

Carey y Cía and Torys LLP have helped Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management acquire Spanish construction company ACS Group’s stake in Chile’s San Cristóbal tunnel as well as ACS Group’s and Spanish investment firm COFIDES’ stake in the Vespucio Norte Express toll road.
