Nine firms in Colombian oil exploration loan

Canada’s Blakes, Cassel & Graydon LLP, Colombia’s Posse, Herrera & Ruiz Abogados, offshore firm Conyers Dill & Pearman LLP and Chancery Chambers in Barbados have helped the Bajan subsidiary of Grupo C&C Energia, formerly C&C Energy Canada, obtain a loan from a syndicate of banks composed of BNP Paribas, Scotiabank and the Canadian branch of Société Générale.
