Education: University of São Paulo, School of Law (1991); specialisation in international commercial law at University of Paris DESS (1994); LLM at University of Heidelberg (1995). Doctorate at University of São Paulo (2002). Member of the List of Arbitrators of the Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber of Fundação Getúlio Vargas ("FGV"). Professor at the Business School of FGV since 1996. Coordinator and professor of the insurance and reinsurance post-graduate course of the School of Law of FGV (2002 - 2006). Member of AIDA - Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances. Author of the book "O Resseguro Internacional" (Funenseg; 2003).
