Ms. Garrigó practices in the corporate area focusing on domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her areas of practice include capital markets financing, project finance and corporate debt workouts. Ms Garrigo has represented purchasers in high profile acquisitions in a wide array of industries, including hospitality, insurance, construction, telecommunications and beverages. Ms Garrigo has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with both private and public offerings of debt and equity securities. She also regularly acts for lenders (private institutions and multilaterals) in relation to domestic and cross-border secured lending transactions, project finance and securitizations. Many of these representations involve sovereign and corporate borrowers.
