Education: Universidad de Chile School of Law, Santiago (LLB, 1983); graduate studies in Tax Law, Universidad de Chile (1993), and Civil Law, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (1997). Admitted to the Bar 1987, Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA) and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA). Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, hotels and entertainment, fishing and aquaculture law, and maritime law. He leads the Fishing and Aquaculture area and the Hotels and Gaming law Department.
