Admitted to the Brazilian Bar, São Paulo Chapter, 1995. School of Law at University of São Paulo, 1994; DSU in International Law at University of Paris II, 1996; Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies in International Trade Law (focus on Arbitration) of Universty of Paris II, 1997; Ph. D. in International Law at the University of São Paulo, 2008; Lecturer at GVLAW/SP. Founder, director and former president of CBAR(Brazilian Arbitration Committee); member of ICC Latin American Group; Legal Representative for the YIAG/LCIA;Officer of Young-ICCA; Chairman of Arbitration Center of Portuguese Chamber of Commerce; Officer of the IBA Arbitration Committee. Has great experience in both domestic and international arbitration, having expertise in different commercial disputes (construction, energy, corporate law, distribution agreement, technology etc) both as arbitrator and counsel. Practice: Litigation and Arbitration/Environmental Law. Languages: English, French, Spanish and some knowledge of Italian.
